Pineapple Juice Recipes
Fresh, Fruity Treat
1 Small bunch of grapes
1 Red apple
1 Handful of strawberries (5 to 6)
2 Thick slices pineapple (peeled)
1. Wash the grapes, apple and strawberries thoroughly
2. Remove the grapes from the stem
3. Core the apple and cut into chunks
4. Remove stems from strawberries
5. Run all the fruits through your juicer. Enjoy!
No-Fuss Health-Buzz
2 Medium Carrots
1 Sweet, red apple
1/2 Small pineapple (peeled)
2 spinach leaves (you can use kale if you don't have spinach)
1. Remove greens from carrots. Greens should be discarded
2. Wash apple, carrots and spinach
3. Core apple and cut into chunks
4. Cut the pineapple into slices or chunks
5. Roll each spinach leaf into a tight ball and juice together with a carrot
6. Run the apple and pineapple through the juice extractor
7. You can add some shredded coconut for sweetness if you wish. If you picked a sweet pineapple, this shouldn't be necessary.
8. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Pineapple ZZZing
2 Celery stalks
2 Red apples (green apples are better for improved digestion, but will be sour)
1/2 Small pineapple (peeled)
1cm Fresh ginger root
1. Wash the celery and apples
2. Cut or break celery into smaller pieces
3. Core apples
4. Cut pineapple into manageable chunks
5. Run all the ingredients through your juicer. Yum!
