4 to 5 Medium Carrots
3 Spinach Leaves
1 Red Apple
5cm Piece Of Cucumber
1 Lettuce Leaf
- Scrub the carrots and discard the greens
- Wash the spinach and lettuce leaves
- Wash and core the apple (don't peel)
- Wash the cucumber (don't peel)
- Roll each leaf into a tight little ball and juice together with a carrot or piece of apple
