2 Ripe Pears
1 Carrot
2 to 3 Oranges (depending on size)
1 Small yam
(If your juicer is small, check the manual to make sure that it can handle yams)


  1. Wash pears and quarter. Discard stem.
  2. Trim end and top of carrot. Discard greens. Scrub carrot thoroughly.
  3. Peel oranges, but leave as much of the white pith as you can. Section.
  4. Scrub yam thoroughly and cut into chunks or slices. If you prefer, you can peel the yam.
  5. Run goodies through your juicer.

Body Builder

1 Young Beet
1 Sweet potato
2 to 3 Carrots (depending on size)
1 Apple


  1. Peel beet and cut into smallish chunks
  2. Scrub sweet potato well and cut into chunks
  3. Trim carrots, discarding greens. Scrub thoroughly
  4. Wash apple, quarter and discard seeds
  5. Run produce through juicer and enjoy!

Skin Boosting Body Cleanse

1 Cup Broccoli (you can use the stalks as well)
3 Carrots
1 Celery stalk
1/2 Cup of spinach leaves
1 Red Apple


  1. Rinse broccoli thoroughly and cut into manageable pieces if necessary
  2. Trim carrots, discarding greens. Scrub thoroughly
  3. Wash celery and cut into pieces
  4. Rinse spinach
  5. Wash apple, quarter and discard seeds
  6. Run ingredients through juicer. You will get more from the spinach if you roll the leaves into balls and juice them with one of the harder items, such as carrots

Sweet Gold Treat

2 to 3 Medium carrots
1 Sweet potato
1 Apple
1 Cup fresh pineapple chunks


  1. Trim carrots, discarding greens. Scrub thoroughly
  2. Scrub sweet potato thoroughly and cut into chunks
  3. Wash apple, quarter and discard seeds
  4. Run ingredients through your juicer

Turn-Back-The-Clock Tonic

5 Juicy, ripe tomatoes
Handful of broccoli
1 Celery stalk
2 to 3 Oranges
1 Red apple
Optional: Small piece of fresh ginger


  1. Wash and halve tomatoes
  2. Wash broccoli
  3. Wash celery and cut into pieces
  4. Peel oranges, but leave as much of the white pith as you can
  5. Wash apple, quarter and discard seeds
  6. Run produce through your juicer, alternating harder and softer items. If you use the ginger, it will give an extra bite to the juice.

Fresh And Fruity

1 Cup strawberries
1 Red Apple
3 to 4 Carrots
1 Kiwifruit
1/2 to 1 Cup grapes


  1. Wash and hull strawberries
  2. Wash apple, quarter and discard seeds
  3. Trim carrots, discarding greens. Scrub thoroughly
  4. Wash kiwifruit. You can peel it if you wish, but if your juicer can handle it, you can juice it with the skin
  5. Rinse grapes
  6. Run the goodies through your juicer. It is better to alternate the softer and the harder ingredients

Pineapple Power Punch

1/2 Pineapple cut into chunks
1 Sweet potato
4 Oranges
2 Carrots


  1. Scrub sweet potato thoroughly and cut it into chunks
  2. Rinse oranges and peel. Leave the white pith if you are able to
  3. Top and tail carrots, discarding the greens. Wash thoroughly
  4. Run everything through your juicer.
